Kenzi Side Business Poster - Terms of Service

  1. Acceptance                                                               

  By using Kenzi Side Business Poster ("the App"), the operator agrees to       

  these Terms of Service and to TikTok's Terms of Service and Community         

  Guidelines.                             

                                                                                

  2. Authorized Use                                                             

  - The App is licensed for use only by the legal operator of the TikTok

    account @kenzi_kigyouka.                                                    

  - The App may only be used to publish content to the operator's own owned   

    channels.                             

  - Multi-account posting, reseller use, or third-party content distribution    

    are not permitted.                                                          

                                                                                

  3. Content Standards                                                          

  - All uploaded content complies with TikTok Community Guidelines.           

  - AI-generated content is always labeled with the AI disclosure flag set to   

  true.                                       

  - The operator is solely responsible for the legality and originality of      

    uploaded content.                                                         

                                                                                

  4. API Compliance                                                           

  - The App accesses the TikTok Content Posting API in accordance with TikTok   

    Developers' Terms of Service.                                             

  - The operator will not exceed published rate limits or attempt to circumvent 

    API safeguards.                                                             

                                                                                

  5. Limitation of Liability                                                    

  - The App is provided as-is for personal/business automation purposes.        

  - The author and operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential    

    damages.                                                                    

                                                                                

  6. Termination                                                                

  - Either party may terminate use at any time. The operator may revoke API     

    access in TikTok settings.                                                  

  - TikTok may suspend the App's API access at its sole discretion.
